Pre-Punching

American Roll Form uses state-of-the-art equipment to pierce or punch your section in-line to avoid more expensive secondary operations. This also allows operations where secondary operations cannot be performed because of the location within the geometry of the section. Computer-controlled roll feeds, length control systems, and presses ensure that highly accurate sections can be produced at high speeds. If pre-punching is not an option, we’ll utilize our vast array of secondary operations to accomplish the same goal.
